Task
An AI agent in Telegram on OpenClaw: takes voice, keeps a diary on a schedule, controls the home through its own bridge to Tuya. On the iPhone lock screen — a widget and Control Center buttons: lights, presets, “night”.

What had to be solved
The schedule went silent for a day, and nobody found out
The subscription to the main model ran out, and the scheduled tasks were hard-wired to it — the morning and evening reviews simply stopped arriving. There were no errors in the logs. Now the tasks share a ladder of fallback models and send a Telegram alert after the very first failure.
