• Information from the brief: the description of the business, its services, and what is wanted from the product
• Contact details: a name or company name, and a Telegram handle
• Technical information: the IP address used with our services (to protect against abuse)

2. Why we collect it

• To price the work and prepare a proposal
• To build and support the products ordered
• To stay in touch with the client about the project

3. Storage

Data is kept on a secured server. We use no third-party databases and hand no data to cloud services for processing.

4. Disclosure to third parties

We do not pass on, sell or disclose your data to third parties, except where the law requires it.

5. Retention

Data is kept for the duration of the work and for 1 year after it ends. At the client's request it can be deleted sooner.

6. Your rights

• Ask what data is held
• Require that it be deleted
• Withdraw consent to processing
