Terms of work
1. Parties
0dev.team — the developer of the software product.
The Client — the individual or company ordering the development.
2. Scope
0dev.team builds software products to the Client's specification. The subject of an order may be a single layer or any combination of them:
- Interface — a website, a web application, a Telegram WebApp, a bot: whatever the end user works with
- Automation — processes that run without a person: intake and routing of requests, notifications, reports, correspondence handled by a software agent, scheduled publishing, processing of data and files
- Maintenance — further work on an already delivered product, under a separate agreement
The scope of a particular project is fixed before work begins (see §4).
3. Price and payment
- The price is set per project and fixed before work begins
- Advance payment — 50% of the agreed price
- The balance — after delivery and acceptance
- Extended support is paid monthly, under a separate agreement
4. Order of work
- The Client describes the requirements (brief, specification, or in conversation)
- 0dev.team agrees the scope, the schedule and the price
- Development, working demos, adjustments
- Delivery and deployment
5. Acceptance
After delivery the Client has 5 working days to test the product and raise issues. Issues that fall within the agreed specification are fixed at no charge.
If no issues are raised within those 5 working days, the project is considered accepted.
6. Intellectual property
- On full payment the Client receives exclusive rights to use the product
- 0dev.team retains the right to list the project in its portfolio
- The source code is handed over to the Client on full payment
7. Warranty
Every project is covered by the 0dev.team warranty policy. Each project receives a development certificate that can be verified.
8. Limitation of liability
- 0dev.team is not liable for losses exceeding the price of the project
- 0dev.team is not answerable for outages of third-party services (hosting, APIs, payment systems)
- Schedules may shift if the Client changes the requirements
9. Termination
- The Client may stop the work at any point, paying for the volume actually completed
- The advance is returned less the cost of work already done
10. Contact
All agreements are made over Telegram. The correspondence itself stands as confirmation of what was agreed.
